30-Day Easy Returns
At Elesira, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

Return Eligibility
You may return an item within 30 days of delivery provided that:

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

- Clear photos of the item and packaging
In these cases, Elesira will cover the full cost of return shipping and provide either:
- A replacement item, or
- A full refund
For shipping damage claims, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item because you ordered the wrong product, changed your mind, no longer need the item, or it wasn't what you expected, you may still return it within 30 days, provided it meets the return conditions above.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Need a different size, color, or item?

Item Not Received
If your package has not arrived, please contact us at contact@elesira.com so we can investigate the shipment with the carrier.
If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer either:

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
